球墨铸铁管沟槽开挖与验收

1、测量放线

        在挖槽时，由测量人员埋设坡度板，给水管道一般每隔20ｍ设置一块状排水管道每隔１０ｍ设置一块。若遇有阀门、消火栓、三通、检查井等处增设坡度板。坡度板之间中心钉连线即为管道轴线位置，坡度板之间高程钉的连线即为管内底的平行坡度线。安管时，从坡度线上取一下反常数，垂直放入管内底中心处，即可控制管道高程。

２、沟槽开挖

        沟槽断面形式：常用沟槽断面形式有直槽、梯形槽、混合槽等等。合理选择沟槽断面形式，可以为管道安装创造便利〓作业条件，保证施工安全，减少土方量的开挖，加快施工进度。选定沟槽断面应考虑以下因素：土壤的种类、沟管断面尺寸、水文地质条件、施工方法和管道埋深等因素。

The following factors should be taken into consideration when selecting the section of the trench: the type of soil, the size of the trench, the hydrogeological conditions, the construction method and the depth of the pipeline.
